Muhammad cannot be a prophet because the Scriptures require that a true prophet’s teachings align with prior revelations about the God of Israel, and never proclaim a different gospel than what was already delivered. Since Muhammad’s message denies key elements of the New Testament—such as the divinity of Christ, the Trinity, and the crucifixion—and rather presents new revelation after God’s final revelation, therefore he does not meet the criteria for a prophet.

1. God won’t change His mind and break His covenant, therefore Muhammad’s claim that “God abandoned the Jews in favor of him, and even ordered him to annihilate them” is a big lie.

[Numbers 23:19] God is not like people. He tells no lies. He is not like humans. He doesn’t change his mind. When he says something, he does it. When he makes a promise, he keeps it.

[Psalm 89:34] My covenant I will not violate, Nor will I alter the utterance of My lips.

BUT THE ALLAH OF MUHAMMAD CHANGED AND CANCELED HIS WORDS

[Quran 2:106] We do not abrogate a verse or cause it to be forgotten except that We bring forth [one] better than it or similar to it. Do you not know that Allah is over all things competent?

[Quran 16:101] And when We substitute a verse in place of a verse – and Allah is most knowing of what He sends down – they say, “You, [O Muhammad], are but an inventor [of lies].” But most of them do not know.

2. The Covenant is exclusively given to the descendants of Isaac, and not to Ishmael who is the ancestor of Arabs.

[Genesis 17:20-21] And as for Ishmael, I have heard you: Behold, I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly; twelve princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great nation. But my covenant will I establish with Isaac, whom Sarah shall bear unto you at this set time in the next year.

3. The claiming prophet should not utter the names of other gods.

[Deuteronomy 18:20] But the prophet who speaks a word presumptuously in My name which I have not commanded him to speak, or which he speaks in the name of other gods, that prophet shall die.

BUT MUHAMMAD UTTERED THE NAMES OF OTHER GODS, ALSO KNOWN AS  SATANIC VERSES.

[Quran 53:19-20] Have you then considered Al-Lat, and Al-‘Uzza (two idols of the pagan Arabs). And Manat (another idol of the pagan Arabs), the other third?

[Tafsir of Jalal – Al-Jalalayn on Quran 22:52] “. . . The Prophet(s)had during an assembly of the men of Quraysh after reciting the following verses from sūrat al-Najm Have you considered Lāt and ‘Uzzā? And Manāt the third one? 5319-20 added as a result of Satan casting them onto his tongue without his the Prophet’s being aware of it . . . “

4. Muhammad taught different Jesus and Gospel (by denying his crucifixion and divinity) as warned by the apostles.

[2 Corinthians 11:4] For [you seem willing to allow it] if one comes and preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or if you receive a different spirit from the one you received, or a different gospel from the one you accepted. You tolerate all this beautifully [welcoming the deception].

[Galatians 1:8] But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be under a curse!

5. The God of the Jews already closed His book of prohecy. He will punish greatly those who will add and subtract His book of prophecy. Therefore, the Quran is not from God, and Muhammad is a fake prophet who will be punished severely.

[Revelation 22:18-19] I testify to everyone who hears the words of prophecy in this book: If anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book. And if anyone takes away from the words of this book of prophecy, God will take away his share in the tree of life and the holy city, which are described in this book.
