God created all things through His word. God is spirit thus whatever thing that He will send forth or will come out from Him is also spirit. Therefore the word of God is also His spirit, that’s why Jesus is called the ‘Word of God’ or ‘Spirit of God’. Below are Biblical verses that say the “Spirit of God” or “Word of God” is the Creator;
1. [Genesis 1:1-2] In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.
2. [Genesis 1:26] Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”
3. [Psalm 104:30] When you send your Spirit, they are created, and you renew the face of the ground.
4. [John 1:1-2] In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made
5. [Romans 11:36] For from him and through him and for him are all things. To him be the glory forever! Amen.
6. [Colossians 1:16] For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him.
7. [1 Corinthians 8:6] yet for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom all things came and for whom we live; and there is but one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we live.
8. [Ephesians 3:9] and to make plain to everyone the administration of this mystery, which for ages past was kept hidden in God, who created all things.
9. [Hebrews 1:1-2] In the past God spoke to our ancestors through the prophets at many times and in various ways, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom also he made the universe.
10. [Revelation 4:11] “You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.”
