Angel Jibril is afraid of Dogs?

Can you believe this? Angel Jibrel is afraid of dogs according to Muhammad. Angel Jibrel was the one who brought the qurans of Allah to muhammad so he’s the right hand or confidant of Allah, but only to find out that he is afraid of dogs? Isn’t this teaching so ridiculous?

1. [Sunan Ibn Majah 3649] It was narrated from Abu Talhah that the Prophet said: “The angels do not enter a house in which there is a dog or an image.”

2. [Sunan Ibn Majah 3651] It was narrated that ‘Aishah said: “Jibril (as) promised the Messenger of Allah that he would come to him at a certain hour, but he was late. The Prophet went out and there was Jibril standing at the door. He said: ‘What kept you from entering?’ He said: ‘There is a dog in the house, and we do not enter a house in which there is a dog or an image.’”

3. [Sunan an-Nasa’i 4276] It was narrated that Az-Zuhri said: “Ibn As-Sabbaq said: “Maimunah told me that Jibril, peace be upon him, said to the Messenger of Allah ‘We (Angles) do not enter a house in which there is a dog or a picture, The next day the Messenger of Allah commanded that all dogs be killed, even small dogs.”‘

4. [Sunan an-Nasa’i 4283] Maimunah, the wife of the Prophet narrated: “The Messenger of Allah was upset one morning and Maimunah said to him: “O Messenger of Allah, you look upset today., He said: ‘Jibril, peace be upon him, had promised to meet me last night but he did not come, and by Allah, he never failed to keep an appointment,; The day passed, then he thought of a puppy that was beneath a table of ours. He ordered that it be taken out, and then he took some water In his hand and sprinkled it over the place where it had been. That evening, Jibril, peace be upon him, came and met him. The Messenger of Allah said to him: ‘You [promised to meet me last night,; He said: ‘Yes, but we do not enter a house in which there is a dog or a picture,; the next day the Messenger of Allah Commanded that dogs be killed.”

5. [Sunan an-Nasa’i 5347] It was narrated from Abu Talhah that: The Prophet [SAW] said: “The angels do not enter a house in which there is a dog or an image.”

6. [Riyad as-Salihin 1685] Ibn ‘Umar (May Allah be pleased with them) said: Jibril (Gabriel) promised to visit the Messenger of Allah but delayed and this grieved him very much. When he came out of his house, Jibril met him. The Messenger of Allah asked him about the reason of delay, and he replied: “We do not enter a house in which there is a dog or a portrait.

7. [Riyad as-Salihin 1686] ‘Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) said: Jibril (Gabriel) made a promise with the Messenger of Allah to come at a definite hour; that hour came but he did not visit him. There was a staff in the hand of the Messenger of Allah. He threw it from his hand and said, “Never does Allah back out of His Promise, nor do His messengers.” Then he noticed a puppy under his bed and said, “O ‘Aishah, when did this dog enter?” She said: “By Allah, I don’t know.” He then commanded that it should be turned out. No sooner than had they expelled it, Jibril came and the Messenger of Allah said to him, “You promised to visit me. I waited for you but you did not come.” Whereupon he said: “The dog kept me from coming. We do not enter a house in which there is a dog or a picture.”

HYPOCRITES, Quranic Verses

In Islam, hyporites are those who are Muslims by name or by paper but refuse to obey Muhammad’s order. This order of Muhammad a.k.a. Allah is to fight with the unbelievers so as to advance the cause of Islam like what the Islamic State, Taliban, Al-Shabaab, Boko Haram, Hamas, and other Islamic groups are doing. In our modern times, hypocrites are called moderate Muslims, while the Jihadists (those who carry out the cause of Allah) are called radical Muslims or extremists.

1. [Quran 2:8] And of mankind, there are some (hypocrites) who say: “We believe in Allah and the Last Day” while in fact they believe not.

2. [Quran 2:13] And when it is said to them (hypocrites): “Believe as the people (followers of Muhammad Peace be upon him, Al-Ansar and Al-Muhajirun) have believed,” they say: “Shall we believe as the fools have believed?” Verily, they are the fools, but they know not.

3. [Quran 2:14] And when they meet those who believe, they say: “We believe,” but when they are alone with their Shayatin (devils – polytheists, hypocrites, etc.), they say: “Truly, we are with you; verily, we were but mocking.”

4. [Quran 2:142] The fools (pagans, hypocrites, and Jews) among the people will say, “What has turned them (Muslims) from their Qiblah [prayer direction (towards Jerusalem)] to which they were used to face in prayer.” Say, (O Muhammad SAW) “To Allah belong both, east and the west. He guides whom He wills to a Straight Way.”

5. [Quran 3:118] O you who believe! Take not as (your) Bitanah (advisors, consultants, protectors, helpers, friends, etc.) those outside your religion (pagans, Jews, Christians, and hypocrites) since they will not fail to do their best to corrupt you. They desire to harm you severely. Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, but what their breasts conceal is far worse. Indeed We have made plain to you the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses) if you understand.

6. [Quran 3:141] And that Allah may prove (i.e. purge them by clearing out the hypocrites and confirming the believers) (the ones) who have believed and expunge the disbelievers.

7. [Quran 3:156] O you who believe! Be not like those who disbelieve (hypocrites) and who say to their brethren when they travel through the earth or go out to fight: “If they had stayed with us, they would not have died or been killed,” so that Allah may make it a cause of regret in their hearts. It is Allah that gives life and causes death. And Allah is All-Seer of what you do.

8. [Quran 3:167] And that He might make evident those who are hypocrites. For it was said to them, “Come, fight in the way of Allah or [at least] defend.” They said, “If we had known [there would be] fighting, we would have followed you.” They were nearer to disbelief that day than to faith, saying with their mouths what was not in their hearts. And Allah is most Knowing of what they conceal –

9. [Quran 3:168] Who said to their brethren, (i.e. after they returned from fighting) and they (i.e. the hypocrites) (themselves) sat back, “If they had obeyed us, they would not have been killed.” Say, “Then parry yourselves away from death in case you are (truly) sincere.”

10. [Quran 3:173] Those to whom hypocrites said, “Indeed, the people have gathered against you, so fear them.” But it [merely] increased them in faith, and they said, “Sufficient for us is Allah , and [He is] the best Disposer of affairs.”

11. [Quran 4:61] And when it is said to them, “Come to what Allah has revealed and to the Messenger,” you see the hypocrites turning away from you in aversion.

12. [Quran 4:63] They (hypocrites) are those of whom Allah knows what is in their hearts; so turn aside from them (do not punish them) but admonish them, and speak to them an effective word (i.e. to believe in Allah, worship Him, obey Him, and be afraid of Him) to reach their innerselves.

13. [Quran 4:64] We sent no Messenger, but to be obeyed by Allah’s Leave. If they (hypocrites), when they had been unjust to themselves, had come to you (Muhammad SAW) and begged Allah’s Forgiveness, and the Messenger had begged forgiveness for them: indeed, they would have found Allah All-Forgiving (One Who accepts repentance), Most Merciful.

14. [Quran 4:88] What is [the matter] with you [that you are] two groups concerning the hypocrites, while Allah has made them fall back [into error and disbelief] for what they earned. Do you wish to guide those whom Allah has sent astray? And he whom Allah sends astray – never will you find for him a way [of guidance].

15. [Quran 4:138] Give tidings to the hypocrites that there is for them a painful punishment

16. [Quran 4:140] And it has already come down to you in the Book that when you hear the verses of Allah [recited], they are denied [by them] and ridiculed; so do not sit with them until they enter into another conversation. Indeed, you would then be like them. Indeed Allah will gather the hypocrites and disbelievers in Hell all together –

17. [Quran 4:142] Indeed, the hypocrites [think to] deceive Allah , but He is deceiving them. And when they stand for prayer, they stand lazily, showing [themselves to] the people and not remembering Allah except a little,

18. [Quran 4:145] Indeed, the hypocrites will be in the lowest depths of the Fire – and never will you find for them a helper –

19. [Quran 5:53] And those who believe will say: “Are these the men (hypocrites) who swore their strongest oaths by Allah that they were with you (Muslims)?” All that they did has been in vain (because of their hypocrisy), and they have become the losers.

20. [Quran 8:49] [Remember] when the hypocrites and those in whose hearts was disease said, “Their religion has deluded those [Muslims].” But whoever relies upon Allah – then indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.
